Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tickets for Uncharted & Uncorked experiences are limited and reserved specifically for each guest. Unless otherwise stated for a particular experience, ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

If Uncharted & Uncorked cancels an experience, guests will receive a refund of the ticket price paid.

Some experiences may be affected by weather, venue requirements, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control. If an experience must be postponed or rescheduled, registered guests will be contacted directly with information regarding the rescheduled experience and available options.

Unless otherwise stated for a particular experience, tickets may be transferred to another guest. Please contact us before the experience if a transfer is needed.

Experience Terms

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued identification may be required.

Uncharted & Uncorked may modify wine selections, pairings, venues, collaborators, programming, or other experience details when circumstances require, while maintaining the overall character of the advertised experience.

Guests are responsible for complying with applicable venue and safety requirements communicated before or during an experience.

Specific experiences may include additional terms, requirements, or cancellation provisions. When applicable, those terms will be provided with the individual experience details and will supplement these general policies.
